ٱلرُّوم
30:57
فَيَوْمَئِذٍ
لَّا
يَنفَعُ
الَّذِينَ
ظَلَمُوا
مَعْذِرَتُهُمْ
وَلَا
هُمْ
يُسْتَعْتَبُونَ
fa-yawmaʾidhin lā yanfaʿu lladhīna ẓalamū maʿdhiratuhum wa-lā hum yustaʿtabūna
The excuses of the unjust on this day will be of no avail to them and they will not be able to please God.
