al-‘Ankabūt (The Spider)

ٱلْعَنْكَبُوت

29:21

يُعَذِّبُ

مَن

يَشَاءُ

وَيَرْحَمُ

مَن

يَشَاءُ

وَإِلَيْهِ

تُقْلَبُونَ

yuʿadhdhibu man yashāʾu wa-yarḥamu man yashāʾu wa-ʾilayhi tuqlabūna

He punishes or grants mercy to whomever He wants and to Him you will all return.
