يُعَذِّبُ
مَن
يَشَاءُ
وَيَرْحَمُ
مَن
يَشَاءُ
وَإِلَيْهِ
تُقْلَبُونَ
yuʿadhdhibu man yashāʾu wa-yarḥamu man yashāʾu wa-ʾilayhi tuqlabūna
He will punish whomever He wishes and have mercy on whomever He wishes, and to Him you will be returned.
