لَّهُ مَا فِي السَّمَاوَاتِ وَمَا فِي الْأَرْضِ وَإِنَّ اللَّهَ لَهُوَ الْغَنِيُّ الْحَمِيدُ
To Him belongs whatever is in the heavens and whatever is in the earth, Indeed Allah is the All-sufficient, the All-laudable.

[Pooya/Ali Commentary 22:64] Allah's mercies are not like those of human beings who depend upon one another and expect kindness or recognition in return. Allah is above all wants and depends in no way whatever on His creatures. They cannot describe or understand His mercies except by gratefully glorifying His praise.
