الَّذِينَ إِن مَّكَّنَّاهُمْ فِي الْأَرْضِ أَقَامُوا الصَّلَاةَ وَآتَوُا الزَّكَاةَ وَأَمَرُوا بِالْمَعْرُوفِ وَنَهَوْا عَنِ الْمُنكَرِ وَلِلَّهِ عَاقِبَةُ الْأُمُورِ
Those who, if We granted them power in the land, will maintain the prayer, give the zakat, bid what is right and forbid what is wrong. And with Allah rests the outcome of all matters.

[Pooya/Ali Commentary 22:41] The Holy Prophet was given the authority to administer all the affairs of the world by enjoining good and forbidding evil. See commentary of Nisa: 162. After the Holy Prophet the authority was transferred to his Ahl ul Bayt. See also commentary of al Ma-idah: 67.
