فَأَكَلَا
مِنْهَا
فَبَدَتْ
لَهُمَا
سَوْآتُهُمَا
وَطَفِقَا
يَخْصِفَانِ
عَلَيْهِمَا
مِن
وَرَقِ
الْجَنَّةِ
وَعَصَى
آدَمُ
رَبَّهُ
فَغَوَى
fa-ʾakalā minhā fa-badat lahumā sawʾātuhumā wa-ṭafiqā yakhṣifāni ʿalayhimā min waraqi l-jannati wa-ʿaṣā ʾādamu rabbahū fa-ghawā
Adam and his wife ate (fruits) from the tree and found themselves naked. Then they started to cover themselves with the leaves from the garden. Adam disobeyed his Lord and went astray.
