ٱلْبَقَرَة
2:92
وَلَقَدْ
جَاءَكُم
مُّوسَى
بِالْبَيِّنَاتِ
ثُمَّ
اتَّخَذْتُمُ
الْعِجْلَ
مِن
بَعْدِهِ
وَأَنتُمْ
ظَالِمُونَ
wa-la-qad jāʾakum mūsā bi-l-bayyināti thumma ttakhadhtumu l-ʿijla min baʿdihī wa-ʾantum ẓālimūna
(Moses) brought you certain miracles. Not very long after, you began worshipping the calf which was nothing but senseless cruelty to yourselves.
