Muhammad ibn Ahmad ibn Yahya, from Ya'qub ibn Yazid, from Ahmad ibn Muhammad ibn Abi Nasr, from one whom he mentioned, from Abu Abdillah عليه السلام, peace be upon him, who said: I (narrator) said to Imam عليه السلام: “A man has upon him the make-up fast (qada) from the month of Ramadan, and he enters the morning and does not eat until the afternoon. Is it permissible for him to make it a make-up fast (qada) from the month of Ramadan?” Imam عليه السلام said: “Yes.”
