Ahmad, from al-Barqi, from Ibn Abi Umayr, from Hisham ibn Salim, from Abu Abdillah عليه السلام, peace be upon him: Imam عليه السلام said: “When the month of Ramadan is safe (is observed), the year is safe.” And Imam عليه السلام said: “The beginning of the year is the month of Ramadan.”
