Chapter on Additions

Hadith #32

وَ بِهَذَا اَلْإِسْنَادِ عَنْ حَمَّادٍ عَنْ حَرِيزٍ عَنْ زُرَارَةَ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اَللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ أَنَّهُ قَالَ:» إِذَا كَانَ ذَلِكَ كُنْتُمْ إِلَى أَنْ تُزَادُوا أَقْرَبَ مِنْكُمْ إِلَى أَنْ تُنْقَصُوا«.

And with this chain of transmission, from Hammad, from Hariz, from Zurarah, from Abu Abdillah , peace be upon him, that he said: Imam said: "When that is the case, you are closer to being increased than you are to being decreased."
