Narrated from him from Fadalah from Ibn Sinan, who said: I asked Him عليه السلام about calling (the adhan) before the rising of Fajr. Imam عليه السلام said: "There is no harm, but the sunnah is to call at the time of Fajr. And indeed, that (calling before Fajr) benefits the neighbors", meaning, before the Fajr.
