From him, from Ahmad ibn Al-Hasan ibn Ali ibn Faddal, from Amr ibn Sa'id Al-Mada'ini, from Musaddiq ibn Sadaqah, from Ammar ibn Musa Al-Sabati, from Abu Abdillah عليه السلام, peace be upon him, who said: I asked Him عليه السلام about the Maghrib prayer when its time arrives, is it permissible to delay it for a while? Imam عليه السلام said: "There is no harm if he is fasting, he should break his fast and then pray, and if he has a need, he should fulfill it and then pray."
