From him, from Safwan from Ibn Miskan from Isma‘il ibn Abd al-Khaliq, who said: I asked Abu Abdillah عليه السلام about the time of Dhuhr prayer. Imam عليه السلام said: “After the sun’s zenith by a footstep (qadam) or so, except on the day of Jumu‘ah or while traveling, for its time is when the sun passes its zenith.”
