Al-Hasan, from Zur‘ah, from Sama‘ah, who said: Imam عليه السلام said: "If a man is forgetful in the first two rak‘ahs of the Dhuhr and ‘Asr prayers and does not know whether he prayed one or two, then it is obligatory upon him to repeat the prayer."
