Hadith #23
وَ رُوِيَ عَنْهُ أَيْضاً أَنَّهُ قَالَ:
إِنَّ فِي كِتَابِ اَللَّهِ اَلْمَسْحَ وَ يَأْبَى اَلنَّاسُ إِلاَّ اَلْغَسْلَ.
It was also narrated from him (Ibn Abbas) that he said: "Indeed, wiping is in the Book of Allah
