2. Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Muhammad ibn al-Husayn from Safwan from Ya’qub ibn Shu’ayb who has said the following: “Abu ‘Abd Allah عليه السلام, has said, ‘One in the state of Ihram must not submerge his head in the water, as well as one fasting.’”
