5. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from Ibn Abi ‘Umayr from ‘Abd Allah ibn Sinan who has said the following: “Abu ‘Abd Allah عليه السلام, has said, ‘Leave hairs untouched for al-Hajj when you see the new moon of Dhu al-Qa’dah, and one month before performing al-‘Umrah.”’
