9ـ عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي عُمَيْرٍ عَنْ حَمَّادٍ عَنِ الْحَلَبِيِّ قَالَ سَأَلْتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيْهِ السَّلاَم) عَنِ الْحَجِّ فَقَالَ تَمَتَّعْ ثُمَّ قَالَ إِنَّا إِذَا وَقَفْنَا بَيْنَ يَدَيِ الله عَزَّ وَجَلَّ قُلْنَا يَا رَبِّ أَخَذْنَا بِكِتَابِكَ وَسُنَّةِ نَبِيِّكَ وَقَالَ النَّاسُ رَأَيْنَا بِرَأْيِنَا.
9. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from ibn abu ‘ Umayr from Hammad from al-Halabiy who has said the following: “I once asked abu ‘Abd Allah 
, about al-Hajj. He (the Imam) said, ‘Make it al-Hajj al-Tamattu‘ (advantageous).’ He (the Imam) then said, ‘When we will stand before Allah, most Majestic, most Glorious, we will say, “O our Lord, we followed Your book and the Sunnah of Your Holy prophet, but people will say, ‘We looked into our minds (opinions) and we followed them.”””
