2ـ عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ مَرَّارٍ عَنْ يُونُسَ عَنْ فُضَيْلِ بْنِ يَسَارٍ قَالَ سَأَلْتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيْهِ السَّلاَم) عَنِ الرَّجُلِ يَجِدُ اللُّقَطَةَ فِي الْحَرَمِ قَالَ لا يَمَسَّهَا وَأَمَّا أَنْتَ فَلا بَأْسَ لأَنَّكَ تُعَرِّفُهَا.
2. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from ‘Isma‘il ibn Marrar from Yunus from Fudayl ibn Yasar who has said the following: “I once asked abu ‘Abd Allah , about a man who finds something in al-Haram (the sacred area). He (the Imam) said, ‘He must not touch it. However, in your case it is not harmful because you define and publicize it.’”
