1. A number of our people have narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from Asram ibn Hawshab from ‘Isa ibn ‘Abd Allah who has said the following:

“Ja’far ibn Muhammad, ‘Alayhim al-Salam, has said, ‘The valleys of al-Haram (the sacred area) flow into non-sacred valleys but non-sacred valleys do not flow into al-Haram (the sacred area).’”
