2. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from Ibn Abi ‘Umayr from Hammad from af-Halabiy who has said the following: “This is about a man who in the state of Ihram hunts a bird. Abu ‘Abd Allah , has said, ‘He owes expiation.’ I then asked, ‘What happens if he kills another one?’ He (the Imam) said, ‘If he kills another one there is no expiation but he is of those about whom Allah, most Majestic, most Glorious, has said, “Those who repeat transgression, Allah retaliates against them.” (5:96)’”
