A number of our people have narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from Ali ibn al-Hakam from ibn Bukayr from Zurarah who has said the following: “Abu ‘Abd Allah , has said, ‘Measurement and determination is on the night of the nineteenth, verification is on the twenty- first night and final approval is on the twenty-third night.’”
