11. Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Muhammad ibn al-Husayn from ibn Faddal from abu Jamilah from Rifa’ah who has said the following: “Abu ‘Abd Allah عليه السلام, has said that the night of destiny is the beginning of the year, and it also is the end of it (the year before).”
