3- حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ الْحِمْيَرِيُّ قَالَ: قُلْتُ لِمُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عُثْمَانَ الْعَمْرِيِّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ سُؤَالَ إِبْرَاهِيمَ رَبَّهُ جَلَّ جَلَالُهُ حِينَ قَالَ لَهُ رَبِّ أَرِنِي كَيْفَ تُحْيِ الْمَوْتى قالَ أَ وَ لَمْ تُؤْمِنْ قالَ بَلى وَ لكِنْ لِيَطْمَئِنَّ قَلْبِي فَأَخْبِرْنِي عَنْ صَاحِبِ هَذَا الْأَمْرِ هَلْ رَأَيْتَهُ قَالَ نَعَمْ وَ لَهُ رَقَبَةٌ مِثْلُ ذِي وَ أَشَارَ بِيَدِهِ إِلَى عُنُقِهِ.
3 - Narrated to us Muhammad bin Hasan (r.a.): Narrated to us Abdullah bin Ja’far Himyari that he said: I said to Muhammad bin Uthman Amari (r.a.):
“I was with Ahmad bin Ishaq in the presence of al-Amri (r.a.). I said to al-Amri: I ask you about a subject, as Allah, the Mighty and the High has said in the story of Ibrahim 
: So you not believe? He said: Yes, but in order to satisfy my heart. Have you seen my Master? He said: Yes, and he has a neck like this, pointing with both of his hands to his own neck.”
