5291 - وَ فِي رِوَايَةِ اَلسَّكُونِيِّ : "أَنَّ أَمِيرَ اَلْمُؤْمِنِينَ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ قَضَى فِي اَلصُّلْبِ إِذَا اِنْكَسَرَ اَلدِّيَةَ".
Hadith.5291 - In the narration of Al-Sakooni, it is reported that Commander of the Faithful 
ruled that if the spine is broken, the full blood money (diya) is due.
