5282 - وَ رَوَى اِبْنُ مَحْبُوبٍ عَنْ إِسْحَاقَ بْنِ عَمَّارٍ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ اَللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ يَقُولُ: "قَضَى أَمِيرُ اَلْمُؤْمِنِينَ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ فِي اَلرَّجُلِ يُضْرَبُ عَلَى عِجَانِهِ فَلاَ يَسْتَمْسِكُ غَائِطُهُ وَ لاَ بَوْلُهُ "إِنَّ فِي ذَلِكَ اَلدِّيَةَ كَامِلَةً" ".
Hadith.5282 - Ibn Mahbub narrated from Ishaq ibn Ammar who said:
I heard Abu Abdullah say: "The Commander of the Faithful
ruled regarding a man who was struck on his hips, causing him to lose control over his stool and urine, that the full blood money (diyya) is due for that."
