5256 - كَمَا رَوَاهُ عَلِيُّ بْنُ اَلْحَكَمِ عَنْ أَبِي اَلْمَغْرَاءِ عَنْ أَبِي بَصِيرٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اَللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ قَالَ: "إِذَا قَتَلَ اَلْمُسْلِمُ اَلنَّصْرَانِيَّ فَأَرَادَ أَهْلُ اَلنَّصْرَانِيِّ أَنْ يَقْتُلُوهُ قَتَلُوهُ وَ أَدَّوْا فَضْلَ مَا بَيْنَ اَلدِّيَتَيْنِ".
Hadith.5256 - Ali ibn Al-Hakam narrated from Abu Al-Maghra, from Abu Basir, from Abu Abdullah Imam Jafar ibn Muhammad Al-Sadiq who said:
"If a Muslim kills a Christian and the family of the Christian wishes to execute him, they may do so, but they must pay the difference between the two blood monies (diyyahs)."
