Among the Concise Words of the Messenger of Allah (Peace Be Upon Him)
Hadith #103
وَ قَالَ اَلصَّادِقُ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ:
"اَلنَّوْمُ رَاحَةٌ لِلْجَسَدِ وَ اَلنُّطْقُ رَاحَةٌ لِلرُّوحِ وَ اَلسُّكُوتُ رَاحَةٌ لِلْعَقْلِ".

عليه السلام

"Sleep is rest for the body, speech is rest for the soul, and silence is rest for the mind."
