Chapter on Rare Cases of Legal Punishments

Hadith #5146

5146 - وَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اَللَّهِ صَلَّى اَللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَ آلِهِ : "اِدْرَءُوا اَلْحُدُودَ بِالشُّبُهَاتِ وَ لاَ شَفَاعَةَ وَ لاَ كَفَالَةَ وَ لاَ يَمِينَ فِي حَدٍّ".

Hadith.5146 - The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him and his family) said: "Avert prescribed punishments through doubts. There is no intercession, no guarantee, and no oath in matters of prescribed punishments."
