Hadith.5132 - Ishaq ibn Ammar and Samaah narrated from Abu Basir from Abu Abdullah عليه السلام who said: I asked Imam - "What is the punishment for one who consumes usury after clear evidence (has been established)?" Imam عليه السلام replied: "He is to be disciplined. If he returns to it, he is disciplined again. If he repeats it a third time, he is to be killed."
