Muhammad ibn Abi Umayr narrated from Hisham ibn Al-Hakam, who said: I asked Imam عليه السلام about a man who designates his slave for emancipation after his death (mudabbar). Can he revoke this decision? Imam عليه السلام said: "Yes, it is like a will."
