Hadith #7
وَ فِي رِوَايَةِ اَلسَّكُونِيِّ قَالَ قَالَ عَلِيٌّ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ:
"كُلُّ مَدْخَلٍ يُدْخَلُ إِلَيْهِ بِغَيْرِ إِذْنٍ فَسَرَقَ مِنْهُ اَلسَّارِقُ فَلاَ قَطْعَ عَلَيْهِ".
In the narration of Al-Sakuni, Imam Ali ibn Abi Talib
عليه السلام
said:
"Every place that can be entered without permission, and a thief steals from it, there is no cutting off of the hand."
