Chapter on the Legal Punishment for Slanderous Accusation

Hadith #5082

5082 - وَ رَوَى اِبْنُ مَحْبُوبٍ عَنْ مَالِكِ بْنِ عَطِيَّةَ عَنْ أَبِي بَصِيرٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اَللَّهِ [عَبْدِ اَللَّهِ خ ل] عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ : فِي اِمْرَأَةٍ قَذَفَتْ رَجُلاً قَالَ "تُجْلَدُ ثَمَانِينَ جَلْدَةً".

Hadith.5082 - Ibn Mahbub narrated from Malik ibn Atiyyah from Abu Basir from Abu Abdullah regarding a woman who accused a man (of adultery). Imam said: "She is to be flogged eighty lashes."
