Chapter on the Legal Punishment for Slanderous Accusation

Hadith #5071

5071 - وَ قَالَ أَمِيرُ اَلْمُؤْمِنِينَ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ : "إِذَا كَانَ فِي اَلْحَدِّ لَعَلَّ أَوْ عَسَى فَالْحَدُّ مُعَطَّلٌ".

Hadith.5071 - Commander of the Faithful said: "If there is doubt expressed with 'perhaps' or 'it may be' in enforcing a legal punishment, then the punishment is to be suspended."
