5064 - وَ رَوَى اِبْنُ مَحْبُوبٍ عَنْ حَمَّادِ بْنِ زِيَادٍ عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ خَالِدٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اَللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ : فِي رَجُلٍ قَالَ لاِمْرَأَتِهِ بَعْدَ مَا دَخَلَتْ عَلَيْهِ لَمْ أَجِدْكِ عَذْرَاءَ قَالَ "لاَ حَدَّ عَلَيْهِ".
Hadith.5064 - Ibn Mahbub narrated from Hammad ibn Ziyad from Sulayman ibn Khalid from Abu Abdullah 
regarding a man who said to his wife after consummating the marriage, "I did not find you a virgin"
Imam said: "There is no legal punishment upon him."
