Imam Abu al-Hasan Musa ibn Ja'far (peace be upon them) said: "A man's family are his captives. So, whoever Allah سبحانه وتعالى blesses with a blessing, let him expand (his provision) upon his captives (family). If he does not, that blessing is close to being taken away."
