4879 - وَ فِي رِوَايَةِ اِبْنِ أَبِي عُمَيْرٍ عَنْ أَبَانٍ أَنَّ أَبَا عَبْدِ اَللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ قَالَ: "فِي رَجُلٍ طَلَّقَ تَطْلِيقَتَيْنِ فِي صِحَّةٍ ثُمَّ طَلَّقَ اَلتَّطْلِيقَةَ اَلثَّالِثَةَ وَ هُوَ مَرِيضٌ إِنَّهَا تَرِثُهُ مَا دَامَ فِي مَرَضِهِ وَ إِنْ كَانَ إِلَى سَنَةٍ ".
Hadith.4879 - In a narration from Ibn Abi Umair through Aban, it is reported that Abu Abdullah said: "Regarding a man who divorced his wife twice while in good health and then pronounced the third divorce while he was ill, she is entitled to inherit from him as long as he remains in his illness, even if it extends up to a year."
