Imam Jafar ibn Muhammad Al-Sadiq عليه السلام said: "When a man is blessed with a daughter, Allah سبحانه وتعالى, the Mighty and Majestic, sends an angel to her who passes his wing over her head and chest and says, 'A fragile being created from weakness; whoever provides for her will be assisted.'"
