4277 - وَ قَالَ أَبُو عَبْدِ اَللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ : فِي رَجُلٍ حَلَفَ إِنْ كَلَّمَ أَبَاهُ أَوْ أُمَّهُ فَهُوَ يُحْرِمُ بِحَجَّةٍ قَالَ "لَيْسَ بِشَيْءٍ".
Hadith.4277 - Abu Abdillah 
was asked about a man who swore that if he spoke to his father or mother, he would enter into the state of ihram for Hajj.
Imam said: "It is of no consequence."
