4319 - وَ رَوَى اَلْعَلاَءُ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ مُسْلِمٍ قَالَ : سَأَلْتُهُ عَنِ اَلْأَحْكَامِ فَقَالَ "يَجُوزُ عَلَى كُلِّ دَيِّنٍ بِمَا يَسْتَحْلِفُونَ".
Hadith.4319 - Al-Ala narrated from Muhammad ibn Muslim who said: I asked him about oaths. Imam 
said: "It is permissible to take an oath with every religious group according to what they regard as binding for oaths."
