Hadith #31
وَ سَأَلَ عَلِيُّ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، أَخَاهُ مُوسَى بْنَ جَعْفَرٍ عَلَيْهِمَا اَلسَّلاَمُ: عَنِ اَلرَّجُلِ يَحْلِفُ وَ يَنْسَى مَا قَالَهُ قَالَ "هُوَ عَلَى مَا نَوَى".
Ali ibn Ja'far asked his brother Imam Musa ibn Jafar Al-Kadhim
عليه السلام
about a man who takes an oath and then forgets what he said. Imam

replied: "It is based on what he intended."
