Hadith.4295 - Imam was asked about a man who says, "I am obligated to offer a thousand camels" while he is in the state of ihram for a thousand Hajj. Imam said: "These are the steps of Satan." And regarding a man who, while in ihram for Hajj, says, "I will offer this food as a gift," Imam said: "It is of no consequence. Food is not offered as a gift." Or if he says about a camel after it has been slaughtered, "This is an offering to the House of Allah (swt)," Imam said: "Offerings are made while the animals are alive, and they are not offered after they have become meat."
