Hadith #19
4291 - وَ قَالَ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ : "كُلُّ يَمِينٍ لاَ يُرَادُ بِهَا وَجْهُ اَللَّهِ عَزَّ وَ جَلَّ فَلَيْسَ بِشَيْءٍ، فِي طَلاَقٍ أَوْ عِتْقٍ ".
Hadith.4291 - Imam
عليه السلام
said:
"Any oath that is not intended for the sake of Allah
سبحانه وتعالى
, the Almighty and Glorious, is of no consequence, whether it pertains to divorce or emancipation."
