4289 - وَ قَالَ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ : فِي رَجُلٍ حَلَفَ تَقِيَّةً قَالَ "إِنْ خَشِيتَ عَلَى دَمِكَ وَ مَالِكَ فَاحْلِفْ تَرُدُّهُ عَنْكَ بِيَمِينِكَ فَإِنْ رَأَيْتَ أَنَّ يَمِينَكَ لاَ تَرُدُّ عَنْكَ شَيْئاً فَلاَ تَحْلِفْ لَهُمْ".
Hadith.4289 - Imam 
was asked about a man who swore an oath out of taqiyyah (dissimulation).
Imam said: "If you fear for your life or property, then swear an oath to protect yourself with it. However, if you see that your oath will not protect you in any way, then do not swear to them."
