Hadith #8
4243 - وَ قَالَ اَلصَّادِقُ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ :
"شُرْبُ اَلْمَاءِ مِنْ قِيَامٍ بِالنَّهَارِ أَدَرُّ لِلْعِرْقِ وَ أَقْوَى لِلْبَدَنِ".
Hadith.4243 - Imam Jafar ibn Muhammad Al-Sadiq
عليه السلام
, said:
"Drinking water while standing during the day increases perspiration and strengthens the body."
