It is narrated from Umar ibn Abi Shu'bah who said: "I saw Abu Abdullah Imam Jafar ibn Muhammad Al-Sadiq عليه السلام eating while reclining. Then Imam عليه السلام mentioned the Messenger of Allah سبحانه وتعالى, peace and blessings be upon him and his family, and said: 'He never ate while reclining until he passed away.' "
