Hadith.4080 - It is narrated from Isa ibn Ayan, who said:
I asked Abu Abdullah about a man who gave a gift to another man, hoping for a return, but the recipient did not reciprocate until he passed away. The giver then found his gift in its original form.
I asked: "Is it permissible for him to take it back if he is able to?"
Imam
said: "There is no harm in taking it."
