Chapter on the Liability of One Who Carried Something and Claimed Its Loss
Hadith #10
وَ أُتِيَ عَلِيٌّ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ بِصَاحِبِ حَمَّامٍ وُضِعَتْ عِنْدَهُ اَلثِّيَابُ فَضَاعَتْ فَلَمْ يُضَمِّنْهُ وَ قَالَ "إِنَّمَا هُوَ أَمِينٌ".
