Hadith #35

3315 - وَ رَوَى حَمَّادٌ عَنِ اَلْحَلَبِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اَللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ قَالَ : إِنَّ رَسُولَ اَللَّهِ صَلَّى اَللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَ آلِهِ أَجَازَ شَهَادَةَ اَلنِّسَاءِ فِي اَلدَّيْنِ وَ لَيْسَ مَعَهُنَّ رَجُلٌ.

Hadith.3315 - And Hammad narrated from Al-Halabi, from Abu Abdullah , who said: Indeed, the Messenger of Allah , peace and blessings be upon him and his family, approved the testimony of women in matters of debt even if no man was with them.
