Hadith.2923 - Ibn Muskan narrated, who said that Abu Sa'id reported from Abu Abdullah :
He was asked about a man who instructed in his will for a Hajj to be performed on his behalf, but his executor used the funds for another purpose.
Imam
said: "The executor must bear the cost himself and ensure that it is used for a Hajj as specified in the will. For Allah (swt), the Exalted, says: 'But if anyone changes it after hearing it, the sin shall be upon those who make the change.' (Surah Al-Baqarah 2:181)."
