2917 - رَوَى هَارُونُ بْنُ حَمْزَةَ اَلْغَنَوِيُّ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اَللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ : فِي رَجُلٍ مَاتَ وَ لَمْ يَحُجَّ حَجَّةَ اَلْإِسْلاَمِ وَ لَمْ يَتْرُكْ إِلاَّ قَدْرَ نَفَقَةِ اَلْحَجِّ وَ لَهُ وَرَثَةٌ قَالَ «هُمْ أَحَقُّ بِمِيرَاثِهِ إِنْ شَاءُوا أَكَلُوا وَ إِنْ شَاءُوا حَجُّوا عَنْهُ.
Hadith.2917 - Harun ibn Hamzah al-Ghanawi narrated from Abu Abdullah regarding a man who died without performing the Hajj of Islam and left behind only enough wealth for the expenses of Hajj, and he had heirs.
Imam
said: "They have the greater right to his inheritance. If they wish, they may use it for themselves, and if they wish, they may perform Hajj on his behalf."
